This page describes the reporting capabilities available inside the authenticated Vidzonia application. It is a product information page only.
This page does not display or store any actual customer data. All real reports, balances, histories and dates live inside your authenticated Vidzonia dashboard, visible only to you (and your workspace, if applicable) after signing in.
Credit balance
Your current available credit balance across all sources — subscription allocation and any credit packs.
Credit usage
A breakdown of how credits were consumed over time, by action and by video project.
Video-generation history
A history of every video you have generated, including status, timestamps and the workflow used.
Subscription status & dates
Your current plan, subscription start date, next renewal or expiry date, and plan change history.
Credit-expiry information
When your current credit allocation is due to expire, based on your plan and purchase history.
Payment & purchase history
A record of subscription charges and credit-pack purchases processed through our payment partner.
Video status
Real-time status of videos in progress — queued, processing, ready for review, or completed.
Download & artifact history
A history of downloads and exported artifacts (video files, thumbnails) for each project.
Workspace-level usage
For team workspaces, aggregated usage and credit consumption across all members of the workspace.
