1. Digital service

Vidzonia is a digital software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no courier or postal delivery applies.

2. Account and commercial access

Accounts, plan status, credits and purchase confirmation are managed in the authenticated Vidzonia application. Access is provided electronically after the application verifies the relevant account or transaction state.

3. Video outputs

Video creation is a processing service, not instant file delivery. Processing time varies with the project and service conditions. Completed outputs are made available through the authenticated application when processing succeeds.

4. Delivery problems

If confirmed access, credits or an output do not appear as expected, check the application status and contact us through the Contact page or at info@vidzonia.com. Include the account email and relevant reference, but never send full card details or passwords.
