Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date

1. Scope and transaction authority

This Policy applies to Vidzonia Trial access, paid subscriptions, credit packs and generation transactions. The accepted checkout record governs the purchased item, amount, currency, taxes, credits, validity, subscription period and renewal status. This Policy is subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Trial and purchase decision

Vidzonia provides limited Trial credits so prospective customers can evaluate available workflows before buying. Trial access, credits, duration and functions may be limited and have no cash value.

A completed paid purchase is generally not refundable merely because a customer changes their mind, subjectively dislikes an otherwise successfully generated output, stops using Vidzonia, does not use purchased capacity, leaves credits unused, expected a creatively different result without a confirmed technical failure, or supplied material or instructions that caused an unsuitable result. This does not limit a remedy required by law.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation is prospective. It stops a future renewal only where an authorised future renewal exists and cancellation is confirmed before that renewal. It does not automatically reverse a completed purchase, extend or convert credits, delete an account, remove legally retained records or create a refund. The accepted checkout record controls whether a purchased period has automatic renewal.

4. Apparent technical failures

If an apparent generation or delivery problem occurs, contact Vidzonia with the account identifier, transaction or job reference, date, description and supporting information. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.

Please report an apparent problem within seven days after the affected transaction or output so we can investigate while relevant evidence remains available. This is an operational request only. It does not shorten a statutory limitation period, extinguish a right, discharge liability, bar legal proceedings or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. Remedy hierarchy

For a confirmed technical failure attributable to Vidzonia, the ordinary remedy sequence is investigation, retry or re-performance, restoration or re-credit of credits actually deducted for the failed transaction, and a monetary refund or other remedy only where required by law or where re-performance or re-credit is unavailable or inappropriate.

Credit restoration is a service remedy and does not convert credits into money. This Policy does not create a general cash-refund entitlement or promise a partial refund. A monetary remedy remains subject to the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service to the extent legally permissible.

6. Matters reviewed separately

We may investigate duplicate or erroneous charges, verified payment or fulfilment mismatches, unauthorised transactions, material service-delivery failures and any case where law requires a remedy. Investigation does not itself mean a refund is due.

Payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate fulfilment or reversals may require corresponding credits or related entitlements to be adjusted where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate recovery.

7. Approved monetary refunds

Where a monetary refund is approved or legally required, it will ordinarily be sent against the original verified payment and in the original transaction currency. Provider fees, fee taxes, settlement economics or foreign-exchange differences are not deducted from an approved customer refund unless law and the accepted transaction permit it. Bank, card-network and payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.

Associated credits, entitlements, subscriptions and financial documents may be adjusted consistently with the approved remedy and law. This describes processing after approval; it does not broaden eligibility or promise partial refunds.

8. Credits and unused capacity

Credits are contractual service-consumption units, not money, stored value, a wallet, deposit, security or cash equivalent. Applicable credit validity and expiry follow the applicable plan, purchase or account terms. Under our current standard plans, credits are valid for 30 days, after which unused credits expire and do not carry forward. Top-up credits can only be used while you have an active subscription. Unused credits do not automatically entitle a customer to a cash refund. Trial and promotional credits are not refundable.

9. Customer breach, fraud or misuse

Suspension or termination for fraud, chargeback, abuse, illegal or infringing content, security risk or material Terms or AUP breach does not itself create a refund right. This does not remove a remedy required by law.

10. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits or delays rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies applicable to legally deficient, defective, misdescribed or undelivered services.

11. How to request review

Submit a request through the Contact page or email info@vidzonia.com. Include the relevant account, transaction or job reference, date, reason and supporting information. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity, payment, use, delivery and eligibility.
