Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out activities that are prohibited when using Vidzonia. It applies to all users of the Vidzonia website and authenticated application. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
Illegal content
Creating, uploading or distributing content that violates applicable law, including content that is obscene, unlawfully discriminatory, or facilitates criminal activity.
Infringing content
Using material you do not have the rights to use, or generating output that infringes the copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights of a third party.
Fraud and impersonation
Using Vidzonia to impersonate a real person, brand or organisation without authorisation, or to create content intended to deceive or defraud others.
Harmful or deceptive content
Creating misleading, manipulated or deceptive content intended to mislead viewers about facts, products, events or endorsements.
Abuse of individuals
Using the Service to harass, threaten, defame or target any individual or group.
Malware and attacks
Attempting to introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of Vidzonia or its infrastructure.
Bypassing platform limits
Attempting to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, plan restrictions or other technical controls on the Service.
Automated misuse
Using bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service in a way that is not authorised, or to abuse free trials or promotional offers.
Unauthorised reselling
Reselling, sublicensing or providing access to the Service to third parties without our authorisation.
Abuse of AI-generated content
Using AI-generated video, narration or imagery to create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defame, or misrepresent a real person without consent.
Violation of privacy or publicity rights
Using another person's likeness, voice, name or personal data without appropriate rights or consent, including in generated video or narration.
