Pricing questions
How do credits work?
Each video you generate consumes a number of credits, which can vary based on video duration, the workflow you choose (e.g. story, product or topic-to-video) and processing requirements. Your available credits and estimated usage are shown before you generate a video.
Do unused credits expire?
Credit validity depends on your plan or credit pack and is shown clearly in your account before purchase and inside your dashboard afterwards. See the plan and credit pack details above for placeholder validity windows pending final confirmation.
Can I switch between INR and USD?
Yes, INR and USD prices are configured independently for each plan and credit pack. Your billing currency is set during checkout inside the Vidzonia application.
Are taxes included in the price shown?
Prices shown here are pre-tax. Applicable taxes such as GST or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your billing location, and will be shown clearly before you confirm payment.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling stops future renewal, but you retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
